There are (2) panels that make up the Transport Conveyor System. One contains the speed monitoring for belt slippage on the drive over conveyor and the Transport Conveyor. Also stop/start switches for conveyors and hydraulic system are in the panel and it can be remotely mounted and wired to the main motor starter panel. The other panel contains the starters and disconnects. There is a 200 amp 480V 3 phase panel disconnect switch. • We use the 4B Whirligig speed sensor with digital tach to monitor the speed of the transport and drive over convey ors to prevent belt slippage. There is a 5kva transformer for service outlets and control voltage. • E-stop push-buttons are provided on each panel. • There is a 3 1/2” Ammeter that is fed from a CT to monitor amps from the drive over conveyor so the operator does not overload the drive over conveyor.
